Welcome to The Soul Sanctuary. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and us (The Soul Sanctuary) when you access our website, book a service, or attend a session. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Offered

The Soul Sanctuary offers spiritual and wellbeing services such as [e.g. energy healing, intuitive guidance, workshops, or similar]. These are provided either online or in person.

2. Booking & Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or via email.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Sliding scale or concession rates may be available — please see the Price List or get in touch via our Contact page.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.

• If we need to reschedule or cancel, we will give as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or reschedule option.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, we will do our best to accommodate the remaining time, but the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

5. Wellbeing Disclaimer

The Soul Sanctuary offers spiritual, energetic, and holistic support, not medical, psychological, or financial advice.
You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions. If you are experiencing a health or mental health crisis, please contact a qualified medical professional.

All content on this site — including text, images, meditations, and materials — is the property of The Soul Sanctuary unless otherwise stated. You may not reuse or reproduce any content without written permission.

7. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client behaves in a way that is abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe.
