Refund Policy – The Soul Sanctuary
At The Soul Sanctuary, we value your time and commitment to your healing and personal growth. To ensure the integrity of our scheduling and the quality of service for all clients, we have implemented the following refund and cancellation policies:
Booking Deposits and Payments
Soul Journeys, Soul Resolution, and Soul Searching Sessions

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking:

Soul Journeys: £75 deposit.

Soul Resolution (5-week package): £100 deposit.

Soul Searching (6-month package): £200 deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid no less than 24 hours before the first scheduled appointment.

Failure to pay the balance within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking, with the deposit retained.
Soul Resolution Package

This is a 5-week program and must be paid for as a complete package.

Individual sessions cannot be purchased or refunded separately.

The £100 deposit is non-refundable, and the balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the first session.
Soul Searching Package

This is a 6-month program and is also billed as a complete package.

A £200 non-refundable deposit secures all your appointment slots for the 6-month duration.

The balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the first session.

Sessions cannot be rescheduled beyond the 6-month window, and partial refunds are not available for unused sessions.
Other Services

All other appointments (excluding the above packages) must be paid in full online at the time of booking.

These services are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling at the discretion of The Soul Sanctuary, subject to availability.
Missed Appointments & Late Arrivals

Missed appointments (no-shows) will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in price.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If you experience a personal emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us directly. Refunds or rescheduling in such cases may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
