Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Soul Journeys, Soul Resolution, and Soul Searching require a non-refundable deposit at booking.
• Remaining balances are due at least 24 hours before your first session.
• Programmes (Soul Resolution and Soul Searching) are paid as full containers and are not divided into individual sessions.
• All other sessions must be paid in full at booking.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
